Refresh was born out of my passion for updating and refreshing spaces through organization and reworking existing pieces. As a renter in my 20s and into my 30s, and as a current home owner on a budget, I’ve found myself consistently living in spaces that didn’t entirely reflect me. And either only renting the space or being on budget have often limited my abilities to make the bigger changes I would prefer.
It was because of this I’ve found myself organizing and re-working spaces to give them an update. Every move or every time I want to refresh a space I use my existing pieces in new ways, sometimes introducing new ones if my budget allows.
Friends and family started to notice and compliment my updates, asking for recommendations on how to organize and refresh their spaces. A few referrals and more positive feedback later I’ve decided to share my passion with you. I hope my site will be a source of inspiration for you. I look forward to sharing tips and tricks, resources, and projects.
